Life Changing Assistive Technology for All: AT 2030 Kicks Off!
On July 25th 2018, the Global Disability Innovation (GDI) Hub at UCL was awarded £10m from the UK government to widen access to Assistive Technology (AT) for disabled people. Its aim is to reach over 3 million people, testing new approaches and backing ‘what works’ to get Assistive Technology to those who need it the most.
The AT2030 programme is being implemented by a global partnership including the World Health Organization (WHO), the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), UNICEF, and some of the world’s best innovators, universities, and disability NGOs and DPOs.
