Justin Jesudas

Over the last four years, Justin Jesudas has managed operations, outreach, and device commercialization at the R2D2 Center, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, focusing on assistive technology development. He was instrumental in establishing the National Center for Assistive Health Technologies (NCAHT), an experience center dedicated to assistive technology innovation, capacity building and user upskilling.

Prior to this, Justin worked in research and analytics for over two decades with organizations such as UBS, RR Donnelley, and Cognizant. With 15 years of lived experience as a tetraplegic, he brings a user’s perspective to his work in accessibility and assistive technology. He is also an international para-swimmer, having represented India at the World Swimming Championship and Para-Asian Games.
