Rebecca Joskow (She/her)
Research Assistant Disability & AT
Rebecca joined GDI Hub in December 2024 as a Research Assistant, supporting the Research & Delivery team across a variety of consultancy and AT2030 projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Disability, Design, and Innovation from UCL.
Her passion for disability inclusion began at 14, through work and volunteering across education, community health, and research settings. A certified Spelling-2-Communicate Partner since 2018, Rebecca specializes in supporting non-speaking and minimally speaking autistic individuals. Most recently, she worked as a SEND Support Manager at a primary school, where she was recognized for excellence, and as Strategic Projects Lead at an early-stage tech startup, managing initiatives that included delivering inclusive well-being and positive identity courses for neurodivergent teens.
